TESTIMONIALS
"To whom it may concern,
My name is Mishka Ellis, former SA u21 Goalkeeper and SA women’s squad member. I have had the privilege of training with and coaching Bianca since November 2019 when we had our first session. Bianca has developed into an astonishing player and I am certain that she will reach great heights in her professional career. Bianca is one of the most driven players I’ve trained with and coached. Besides Bianca’s knowledge of goalkeeping and her natural talent she will be a great asset to any team because she will out work anyone. Bianca performs consistently and as a player is very mature for her age. If given the opportunity Bianca will never disappoint. She brings confidence and structure to the team like no other. Bianca is an all round amazing human being and will thrive in any professional, high performance environment."

I have the pleasure of working with Bianca De Guisti over the last four years at HMS Bloemhof in Stellenbosch.
Bianca is an outstanding performer in both the classroom and on the sport field.
She excels in both athletics and hockey (Goalkeeper), and has proved to be a very loyal team person who, always gives of her best, at both training and competition. In the classroom, she is a diligent pupil, taking pride in her work and achieves very good results.

I have had the privilege of coaching Bianca in 2022 at the Boland u16 regional tournament. There are only a few students you still get who is self-driven and has a vision of where she sees herself.
She is always open to constructive criticism, but she also can stand up when she knows she has made the right decision. She is a natural leader, and she can motivate any person and is in tune with everyone’s emotions. She has also found the balance between having fun with friends but also working hard.
Even though people do not always she her full potential it doesn’t stop her for giving her best.
It was an absolute pleasure working with her and I trust that she will go far in life but also that God will take her in the direction He has created her.

I had the privilege of having Bianca as a goalkeeper for the Boland U18 team. To say that she was phenomenal would be an understatement. Not only did she add value on the field but also off the field to the team culture and dynamics, a massive trait that any team would love to have in a goalkeeper. Her technical ability as well as her tactical awareness as a goalkeeper is brilliant as having a goalkeeper who is as sound as she is in those 2 categories helps a lot with defensive structures. To add to this, I have to commend her mental toughness as person as there are not many people who can deal with pressure the way she can, calm and collected. Any team would benefit from the enormous value she offers, she is truly humble in her ways and as I mentioned any team would benefit from having her at the heart of the goals.

It is my pleasure to provide a reference for Bianca De Guisti. Bianca is an exceptionally hard working and capable young person whose work ethic and natural leadership skills are evident both on and off the field. She is a determined young hockey player that has shown a commitment to developing her skill set, fitness and understanding of the game. As the goalkeeper it means that she plays a huge role in the defence, be it communicating, organising, reading penalty corners and so forth, but mainly it is to keep the ball from getting into the net and she did a brilliant job, only conceding one goal in five games! It is standard to work hard if you want to be the best – but to play with your heart and soul, that is the key… the player with the most hunger is usually the most successful one, and that is what you get with Bianca every game.
